Join us on Friday 9th February 10.30am-12.30pm, when we'll be hosting a free taster session in Camberley for anyone interested in our Dance for Parkinson's course! Whether it's you who has Parkinson's, or else a family member or friend, why not come along and see what Dance for Parkinson's is all about?! Equally, if you think you might be interested in volunteering with us in class, come along and get a feel for how we work. To start the session, there'll be a brief introduction to the course, followed by an hour's dance class for you to join in with, so you can see how a regular class would run - but don't be scared, I'll start you off gently! Then, there'll be a chance for you to hear about some of the research that's been done on Dance for Parkinson's around the world and to watch some video clips of other groups in action, and after all that, we'll make sure that there's plenty of time left for mingling, asking questions and enjoying lots of tea and biscuits! I'll be there (of course!), and so will Alistair Jack from Parkinson's UK, who's very kindly helping me organise the project, so it'll be a great opportunity not only to test out a new dance class but also to learn about some of the other services on offer to people with Parkinson's in the local area. You might even make some new friends! So please, spread the word and come along! It'll be a lot of fun and we'd love to have you there! If you have any queries or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch via our CONTACT page. The class will be held at
